Playtime with Mom helps teach the puppies how to be gentle with each other.

Puppies
start getting their food like big dogs and liking it.
Their mouths are still small so they have to chew with it open.
Big meals make little ones tired.

Moving day...
I know there's more to the world out there...
the tub makes for a temporary pen, that only one objected to.
Settling down in their new home in the kitchen
took some getting use to.
It's more open and there is more activity than the bedroom.

The whelping box has been converted into a
" litter box"
It does not take long to teach the pups
what to use it for. After a couple assists,
they go by themselves and keep the bigger messes contained.
This trip included bringing a new toy along.
Group play starts to increase with a game of tug the toy.
